For many people, in this competitive and aggressive world, a bar may be a sole source of sustenance for those basic things that are so essential to us all as humans. The glitzy, glamorous excitement behind the bar is what draws an individual to step behind the bar and become a certified mixologist.
Ice, for example is an important ingredient. You can have the looks but have no kind of skills whatsoever, when it comes to being behind the bar. You ll become familiar with all the names and terms used everyday in bars around the country.
When the mixers are the same too, the time to make a lot of drinks is reduced to the time it would take to make only a few. While there is a lot of hard work involved, the excitement and fun of the atmosphere is hard to beat. You need to tailor your previous experience, no matter what it was, to fit the skill sets of bartending.
